What a way to make up...

I wrote a review awhile ago about an interesting set of boxes I ordered. I was in a bit of a pickle, because I didn't want to nag the company about it since they had already tried to correct the issue once. I left a review with my issues, which I know felt passive aggressive but there really wasn't much else to do.

BRT saw my review, and took it upon themselves to send me another box, and this is one is absolutely perfect.

I appreciate their commitment to customer service, and would buy again.
